The outside of the building is old and in need of a face lift. Rooms are very small, but very clean. The staff was excellent and accommodating.

Good location to mall, restaurants, and my work. I liked the little fish in the lobby. Also complimentary Starbucks coffee in the morning.

My room had high quality furnishing and a very comfortable bed. The room was very clean.

Hallway noise from other guests and the very noisy ice machine kept me awake. The walls seemed thin and I could hear people in the room next to mine.

I'm surprised this is ranked as a four star hotel. I've stayed in classier hotels with lower star ratings. Had I not secured a low rate through Priceline, I would be very disappointed in the quality of this hotel. ...read more

I loved the view from the room and the look and feel of the hotel in general. Very elegant and classy.

Everything was excellent.

The hotel is very clean and neat. The housekeepers are very friendly and so are the front desk persons. The man at the front desk mistakenly gave me the key to someone else's room and when I went back down to the front desk he apologized and upgraded me to an executive suite for my inconvenience. ...read more
